We want you to love your purchase. If you are not pleased with your order, we will gladly accept unworn, or defective merchandise purchased on hiddengrovecollective.com for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Simply follow the guidelines below.

You will receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label via email which you can simply print and affix to the same box that the item was shipped in. Make sure to black out any previous address or tracking information if you are going to re-use an old box. The package can be picked up at any United States Postal Service location, including your own mailbox.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Once we receive your return we will ship your exchanged item free of charge. If item is no longer in stock store credit will be issued.

*Merchandise must be in its original condition with garment tags attached.
*All items must include original tags and the original online purchase receipt.
*All apparel and sunglasses must be unworn and in perfectย  resell able condition.
